The strength of the book is that everything in it is usable Monday morning. The quarterly “rocks,” the weekly Level 10 meeting, and the scorecard give a leadership team a shared operating rhythm instead of a pile of good intentions.
Recommended for leaders whose organization is busy but not making the progress the effort should produce.
